Management Projects
Projects in this area are focused on the management of the chapter as a whole.
Marketing & Public Relations:
Projects are conducted to promote the image of the chapter and the Junior Chamber movement as a whole.
Strategic Planning:
This includes any projects involved with recordkeeping, reporting, planning, needs analysis and evaluation of the chapter. Examples of this are Chairman Planning Guide (CPG) development, creation/review/revision of the Chapter Plan and other short or long-term planning and evaluation. Training on these topics would be included in this commission.
Financial Management:
This ensures that chapter finances are handled in proper ways and looks to enhance the financial stability of the chapter. Any projects focused on raising funds for the chapters would be included in this commission.
Business Opportunity:
These projects give the opportunity to enhance the economics of the community by conducting projects to increase business productivity. Economic progress can be achieved by partnership with the local Chamber of Commerce, organizing a small investment club, visiting successful companies to learn how business is conducted and inviting successful entrepreneurs to speak at monthly meetings. Training sessions on enhancing company operations can also be conducted. This commission is dedicated to the line of the creed, “Economic justice can best be one by free men through free enterprise.”
