This area focuses on the line of the Jaycee creed, “Earth’s great treasure lies in human personality.” It provides an opportunity for individual members to achieve their personal potential through training programs. It is important to note that each activity in the Jaycees offers an opportunity to develop potential and skills of individual members.
Personal Development:
This involves projects that improve the quality of life for the membership. Projects provide education that benefits a member’s personal and professional life. These might be financial planning, retirement, time management, or hobbies.
Professional Development:
These projects are focused on developing members as leaders in their chapters and professions.
